Order Tracking

Delays
GODSTAR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Lost or Stolen Packages
GODSTAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package
